MAGNERS LEAGUE Cardiff Blues v Benetton Treviso

* Venue: Cardiff City Stadium
* Date: Thursday, 21 April
* Kick-off: 1905 BST

* Coverage: Live on BBC Two Wales & online, score updates online, repeated on demand on iPlayer, highlights on Sunday's Scrum V (BBC Two Wales & online, 1900-1945 BST)

Cardiff Blues boss Dai Young has kept faith with the side that beat Connacht for Thursday's Magners League visit of Treviso to the Cardiff City Stadium.

The fifth-place Blues sit just outside the play-offs and two points adrift of the Ospreys in fourth, but have a game in hand over all the teams above.

"It's a little bit of a vote of confidence in what the players did last week," said Young.

"Continuity in selection is a good thing really."

Young says he is pleased his side's fate remains in their hands, but after battling to a 19-7 win against the Italians in September he knows Treviso will not roll over.

"As tough as the run-in is for us, as long as it's in your own hands that's all you can ask for," added Young.

"We know it's going to be tough, but we'd only have ourselves to blame if it doesn't happen.

"The most important thing this week is our discipline has to be massive. They're a concern. We know they've got a lot of international experience.

"When we played out there we were very lucky to come away with a win and we got held up over the line two or three times.

"Although we had to fight hard for the win, it's a game that could have got away from us.

Blues boss Dai Young

"The most important thing this week is our discipline has to be massive. If our discipline isn't very good, it gives them an opportunity to kick penalties.

"They've got two very good kickers - as well as that it gives them control of the field.

"One they get inside the 22, they're very difficult to get the ball off.

"They're very strong, very Italian - obviously like the national team the way they play the game - a lot of pick-and-goes, a lot of rolling mauls so if they get inside your 22 they'll cause you problems."

Young hopes flanker Sam Warburton returns from injury for their Welsh derby at Newport Gwent Dragons that follows on Friday, 29 April.

Young says Warburton is "90%" certain to face the Dragons.

He also hopes prop Gethin Jenkins could return before the season's end after underoing toe surgery that ruled him out of Wales' Six Nations campaign.

Warburton suffered a knee injury as Wales signed off their tournament with a 28-9 defeat by France in Paris.
